Sucking olives also known as yeyé olives, or “chupadeos” (chupadeo olives) in some regions of Spain, are really delicious seasoned low-salt olives. Whole green olives with a sweet touch, seasoned with garlic, pepper, oil and our spices. They are manufactured low in salt, suitable for all types of clients, from the youngest to the oldest, it is classified as our olive star product within our Mediterranean range.

The olive is cracked and later burned so that it loses its bitter taste, passing again to the water to be washed for 3 or 4 days until it acquires a tasteless taste. At this moment it is ready to be dressed with thyme, fennel, oregano and garlic, which give it that delicious flavor so characteristic of finger-sucking olives.
