Tapenones, also known as capers (tabaceous or large capers)

The unopened flowers are used from the capers, then they are preserved in vinegar (capers) and later their fruit, capers.

They contain flavonoids, tannins, mucilages, caparriturin, fiber, oil in sky, vegetable protein, magnesium, calcium, sodium, iron and vitamins A, B2, B9, C and E. We use them in many dishes, capers are a perfect pickle for dressing salads.
